Montblanc North America in Aventura seeks a Part-Time Key Holder to drive sales and build client relationships in a luxury boutique. You will develop clientele, maintain product knowledge across Montblanc collections, and provide exemplary service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will support boutique operations and contribute to loss prevention and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Achieve preset sales objectives for the boutique.
• Develop network and clientele to grow the customer base.
• Capture client information and grow boutique relationships.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support after-sales needs.
• Develop knowledge of basic pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store and assist with opening/closing as required.
• Communicate with corporate office in management's absence; support loss prevention.
