Montblanc in Honolulu seeks a Key Holder to drive exceptional service and sales, ensuring boutique standards are met and client relationships are developed across the Montblanc collections.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily operations while supporting the Boutique Manager. Open availability, including nights and weekends, is expected in this luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, jewelry or luxury product sales preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information and consistently update client data to promote boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess strong product knowledge of the various Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop a working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
• Open and close the boutique as required.
• Communicate with corporate office in the absence of management.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed according to protocol.
• Handle transfers in the absence of management.
