Job summary

Montblanc North America in Chicago seeks a diligent Key Holder to drive sales and nurture client relationships within a premium boutique environment. You will maintain store presentation, open/close duties, and support after-sales service while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong product knowledge, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to stand for long periods. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Standing on the sales floor for the majority of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information to promote boutique relationships and sales.
• Possess strong product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop knowledge of pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
• Open/close the boutique as required.
• Communicate with corporate office in absence of management.
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.
