CHANEL, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for a Chicago boutique to oversee daily operations, inventory control, and budget management. You will lead and coach the store team, ensuring exceptional client experiences and adherence to SOPs and brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on process, and a collaborative approach with the Home Office Retail Operations team to drive efficiency and growth in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail operations or boutique management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on client experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct the boutique's operations, including Inventory Control, Shipping/Receiving, Alterations, Facilities, Security, Staffing, Compliance and Expense Management.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop the in-store team to deliver flawless client service and drive results.
