Job summary

CHANEL, a legendary luxury house, is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations for its New York boutique. You will oversee all operational functions, maintain SOPs, and support the Operations Manager to deliver an elevated client experience.

You will lead a team, manage inventory, shipping, facilities, and expense reporting, while collaborating with Home Office Retail Operations. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a flexible schedule is required for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail operations.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, systems and tools used in boutique operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee boutique operations including inventory control and shipping/receiving.
• Maintain SOPs and use systems to ensure a flawless client experience.
• Lead and coach operations staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations on strategic initiatives.
