Job summary

CHANEL is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee all boutique operations in Chicago, ensuring flawless client service and adherence to SOPs and systems. You will coach the team, manage inventory and facilities, and collaborate with Home Office on strategic initiatives.

Minimum 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree preferred. The role requires in-store presence to lead and develop the team, with late nights, weekends and holiday coverage as needed.

• Experience overseeing boutique operations and budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational functions within the Boutique (Inventory, Shipping/Receiving, Alterations, Facilities, Security, Staffing, Compliance, Expenses).
• Lead staff, coach the team, and drive flawless client service.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations on strategic initiatives.
• Ensure SOPs, systems and tools are applied across the boutique.
• Manage budget and forecast expenditures for the boutique.
