Job summary

CHANEL, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations, owning SOPs, systems, and tools to ensure an exceptional client experience.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Boutique Leaders, coaching staff and driving efficiency across inventory, shipping, alterations, facilities, security and staffing. The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, a preferred bachelor’s degree, and a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all boutique operations and SOP adherence.
• Lead and coach the operations team to deliver flawless client service.
• Manage inventory, shipping/receiving, alterations and facilities.
• Assist in budgets, forecasting and expense control.
