CHANEL, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations, ensuring flawless client service. You will be the in-store expert on SOPs, systems, and tools, and you will work with the Operations Manager and boutique leaders to drive efficiency and excellent client experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed attention, and a passion for CHANEL’s heritage. A Bachelor’s degree and flexible schedule are preferred for this busy luxury setting.

Qualificações

• Experience managing boutique operations and staff.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own all operational functions within the Boutique, including inventory, shipping/receiving, alterations, facilities, security, staffing, compliance and expense management.
• Lead operational staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawless client service.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; act as the resource for the boutique team on systems and tools.
• Partner with Home Office Retail Ops to improve efficiency in store operations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique.
