CHANEL in New York, NY, is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations and ensure an elevated client experience. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Boutique Leaders, owning inventory, security, staffing, and expense control while coaching a diverse team.

You will act as the expert on standard operating procedures and tools, lead initiatives to improve efficiency, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and excellence in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In-store presence required to coach teams and uphold standards.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Aufgaben

• Own all operational functions within the boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping/Receiving, Alterations, Facilities, Security, Staffing, Compliance and Expense Management.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to drive strategic initiatives for efficiency.
• Lead operational staff and coach the team to deliver flawless client service.
• Foster a positive environment with feedback culture, diversity and teamwork.
• Be the expert on SOPs, systems and tools for the boutique team.
• Lead projects and manage budgets/forecasting for the boutique.
