CHANEL, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations, ensuring SOPs, systems, and tools support an exceptional client experience. You will work with the Operations Manager and Boutique Leaders to share critical business knowledge.

You will own all boutique operations, collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to improve efficiency, lead staff, foster a positive culture, and manage budgeting and forecasting for a multi-faceted boutique.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own all operational functions in the boutique: inventory, shipping/receiving, alterations, facilities, security and expense control.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to boost efficiency.
• Lead operational staff with coaching to deliver flawless client service.
• Manage budget and forecast expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique.
