Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations, serving as the subject matter expert on SOPs, systems, and tools. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Boutique Leaders to ensure operational excellence and a superior client experience.

The role requires in-store presence for opening/closing, inventory receiving, and product movement, with a minimum of 3 years of related experience and a preferred bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own key operational functions within the Boutique including Inventory control, Cycle counts, Shipping and Receiving.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
• Coach and inspire the team to uphold and deliver operational excellence.
• Contribute to a positive working environment and support a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Be the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems and Tools, and act as a resource for entire Boutique Team.
• Support the team through various projects, initiatives, sales, and customer services.
• Manage product requests and movement while upholding organizational standards.
