Richemont Iberia SL in Boston invites applications for a Boutique Support role at Van Cleef & Arpels. You will assist Sales Associates, maintain daily boutique operations, and participate in the Service Excellence Ceremony, delivering a superior client experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in luxury retail, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with SAP and computer tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer tools and excellent communication and verbal abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in opening and closing boutique setup and breakdowns.
• Manage morning jewelry setup, evening jewelry pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Backfill POS stations and desks as needed.
• Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is in good condition.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties while upholding service standards.
• Follow all Management and Corporate protocols for the client experience.
• Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image with a professional demeanor and service charter compliance.
