Job summary

Richemont is seeking a boutique support professional in the United States (Las Vegas) to assist Sales Associates, perform daily boutique operations, and support Reception while upholding the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment.

SAP familiarity and multilingual abilities are a plus. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will participate in maintaining the boutique’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates and provide exceptional client experience.
• Handle daily boutique maintenance and operations.
• Assist Reception and participate in the Service Excellence Ceremony.
• Replenish selling floor supplies and assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Backstock maintenance and jewelry setup responsibilities.
• Greet clients and maintain the boutique image and protocols.
