Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an Operations/Support role in a luxury boutique. You will assist Sales Associates, maintain daily boutique operations, and participate in Reception duties while ensuring a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years in a fast-paced luxury setting, solid organizational skills, and proficiency with computers. Knowledge of SAP is a plus and multilingual abilities are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Proficiency with computers and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus; multilingual abilities are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily boutique operations and replenishment of floor supplies.
• Participate in opening/closing setup and breakdown.
• Support Reception and greet clients.
• Backfill POS stations and maintain merchandise condition.
• Uphold brand image and follow Service Charter.
• Collaborate with Management and Boutique Administrators.
