Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required; 2+ years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Excellent communication and verbal skills to interact with clients and colleagues; proficient computer skills.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus; multilingual capability is beneficial for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates and Reception to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Handle daily boutique maintenance and operations; assist with opening/closing duties.
• Backfill POS stations and desks; manage backstock and merchandising upkeep.
• Greet clients, assist with Reception duties, and uphold service quality protocols.
• Assist in Service Excellence ceremonies and adhere to company image standards.
