Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking an organized, client-focused individual to support Sales Associates in a fast-paced luxury boutique in Miami. You will handle replenishment, boutique maintenance, and reception duties while ensuring a premium client experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years in a luxury environment. SAP familiarity is a plus, and multilingual abilities are beneficial for serving a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Proficiency in computer skills is essential for this position
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial for a diverse clientele

Responsibilities

• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in opening and closing boutique setup/breakdown
• Manage morning jewelry setup, evening jewelry pulling, and backstock maintenance
• Accurate backfill of POS stations and desks
• Maintain strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators for merchandise condition
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties
• Follow all client experience protocols defined by Management and Corporate
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image with professional demeanor and Service Charter
