Van Cleef & Arpels in the United States seeks dedicated individuals to provide an exceptional client experience in a luxury boutique environment. You will support Sales Associates, assist with daily boutique operations, and participate in the Service Excellence Ceremony to uphold brand standards.

The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and excellent communication skills, with exposure to a dynamic retail setting and opportunities to interact with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills is essential for this position.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages would be beneficial for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in opening and closing setup and breakdowns of the boutique.
• Manage morning jewelry setup, evening pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Backfill POS stations and desks accurately.
• Maintain a strong partnership with management and boutique administrators.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
• Respect all protocols defined by Management and Corporate for the client experience.
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image with professional demeanor and Service Charter.
