Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years in luxury retail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. Multilingualism is a plus; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Two years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus and multilingual skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates.
• Assist daily boutique maintenance and operations, including reception duties.
• Support the Service Excellence Ceremony and participate in store events.
• Backfill POS stations and desk areas; replenish selling floor supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with Management and Boutique Administrators to keep merchandise in excellent condition.
• Greet clients and support reception while upholding brand standards.
• Follow all corporate and store protocols to ensure a premium client experience.
