Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in the United States seeks a client-focused boutique assistant to support Sales Associates, handle daily operations, and assist in Reception. You will maintain the selling floor, prepare jewelry setups, and ensure smooth backroom and POS flows while upholding the brand's Service Charter.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years in a luxury environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software tools.
• Nice-to-have multilingual capabilities for diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates.
• Maintain daily boutique operations and floor replenishment.
• Assist with Reception duties and maintain a professional appearance.
• Help with morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling.
• Backfill POS stations and backstock, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Management and Boutique Administrators to protect merchandise condition.
• Uphold corporate service standards and client experience protocols.
