Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels, part of Richemont, seeks a customer-focused teammate for its USA boutique. You will support Sales Associates, assist with Reception, and help maintain the selling floor and backstock to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment, with strong communication and multitasking skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus to serve a diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years of luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and verbal abilities with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Associates and Reception for daily boutique operations.
• Support boutique opening/closing and replenishment of supplies.
• Backfill POS stations and maintain backstock and merchandise condition.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties while upholding brand image.
