Van Cleef & Arpels in Las Vegas is seeking a client-focused boutique associate to support Sales Associates, maintain daily operations, and assist Reception while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will help replenish supplies, set up and break down the boutique, manage jewelry displays, and uphold the brand’s Service Charter.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in a fast-paced luxury environment, strong organization and multitasking skills, and fluency in multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in computer skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates and boutique operations.
• Handle replenishment of selling floor supplies and assist with reception duties.
• Set up and breakdowns at opening/closing; manage jewelry display and backstock.
• Backfill POS stations and collaborate with management to maintain brand standards.
• Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image and Service Charter.
