Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in the United States seeks a client-facing specialist to deliver exceptional service in a luxury boutique setting. Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will greet customers, direct visitors, and manage inbound calls with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in Fashion, Retail, or a related field (or relevant experience), strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field, or 1 year in retail/CS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; multilingual abilities a plus.
• Experience in luxury fashion or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique, and manage inbound calls.
• Provide written responses to customers’ inquiries via Email and Chat, addressing hours and repair process.
