Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in New York seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager to elevate client experiences and lead a luxury sales team while upholding the Maison’s standards. The role requires supervisory leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel.

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will drive sales, coach staff, and manage operations to deliver flawless service from front desk to back-office, including stock, CRM, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Luxury sales experience preferred (4+ years).
• Strong selling/closing skills and excellent communications.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boutique Director in supporting and guiding the team in operations and policy adherence.
• Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as an ambassador networking within the community.
• Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, closing, and scheduling.
• Liaise with corporate on stock-level, CRM initiatives, and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and elevate boutique experiences to grow sales.
• Ensure back-office operations and displays are merchandised to maximize sales.
