Job summary

Montblanc North America in Aventura, FL is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to support boutique operations and deliver excellent customer service. You will assist with opening/closing, maintain store presentation, and help grow client relationships.

The role requires prior retail experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will learn product knowledge across Montblanc collections and uphold the store’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, jewelry or luxury sales preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Stand for long periods and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information to promote boutique relationships.
• Maintain product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Open/close boutique as required.
• Protect loss prevention per protocol.
• Handle transfers in absence of management.
