Job summary

Van Cleef and Arpels in Houston is seeking a client-facing associate for our luxury boutique to deliver exceptional service to walk-in clients and collaborate with the team for a seamless experience.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Fashion or Retail or 1 year in retail/customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong communication. Multilingual abilities are a plus; salary will be negotiated. Generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field, or 1 year experience in retail, contact center, or customer service environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique, and manage inbound calls.
• Provide written responses to customer inquiries via Email and Chat, addressing hours of operation and repair process.
