Job summary

Richemont's Van Cleef & Arpels boutique in Houston seeks a client-focused associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment, with strong organizational and multitasking skills and fluency in multiple languages beneficial.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support Sales Associates, manage daily boutique operations, greet clients, and assist with reception while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Excellent communication and verbal abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Handle the daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Set up and breakdowns at boutique opening and closing.
• Proper morning jewelry setup, evening jewelry pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Backfill POS stations and desks accurately.
• Maintain a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is in proper condition.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
• Respect all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding client experience.
• Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to the Service Charter.
