Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in the USA boutique seeks a client-focused Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional service in a luxury retail environment. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, and support the boutique team with professional communications and multilingual capabilities.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will respond to emails and chats, guide customers through hours of operation, and assist with repair process queries, helping to nurture long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field or 1 year in retail, contact center, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; multilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person within the boutique and manage inbound calls.
• Provide written responses to customer inquiries via Email and Chat, covering hours of operation and repair process questions.
