Van Cleef & Arpels, a distinguished High Jewelry Maison, seeks a motivated operations support professional for its Miami boutique. You will assist Sales Associates, maintain daily boutique operations, and help ensure an exceptional client experience through proactive service and organized backroom support.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years in a fast-paced luxury environment, excellent communication, and familiarity with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across projects.
• Proficiency in computer skills and excellent verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Support Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Handle daily boutique operations and reception tasks.
• Assist in showroom and backroom upkeep and replenishment.
• Backfill POS stations and maintain desk organization.
• Collaborate with Management to maintain boutique standards.
• Uphold brand image and Service Charter in guest interactions.
