Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in the United States is seeking a boutique operations assistant to support Sales Associates and ensure a seamless client experience. You will handle daily replenishment, reception duties, and maintain a well-organized shop floor, contributing to the premium service standard the brand represents.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role includes opening/closing duties, backstock management, and POS backfill while maintaining brand integrity and professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent communication.
• Proficiency in computing; SAP familiarity is a plus; multilingual skills are beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail setting and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates.
• Handle daily boutique maintenance and operations; assist Reception.
• Participate in opening/closing setups and breakdowns.
• Backfill POS stations and maintain merchandise condition with Management.
• Uphold brand image and Service Charter during interactions.
