Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations, ensuring efficient administration, inventory control, and adherence to brand guidelines within a luxury environment.

You will report to the Boutique Director and lead a team, coordinating with suppliers and security to maintain optimal store performance and readiness for opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong working knowledge of Windows environment; high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Luxury retail experience preferred.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and ensure effective administration, inventory, operations, and logistics within the boutique.
• Ensure brand guidelines and procedures are understood and followed by the team.
• ,
• Monitor daily financial aspects of boutique sales and ensure accurate paperwork to corporate.
• Manage supplier coordination and daily boutique maintenance and replenishment.
• Motivate, support and develop Vault team; conduct regular meetings and update on projects.
• Manage boutique stock in line with Richemont guidelines and report issues.
• Oversee audit and action-plan follow-up; monitor product movement and stock maintenance.
• Train new Boutique team members on financial guidelines, operations and sales processes.
• Improve working conditions by developing action plans when needed.
• Oversee daily boutique opening and closing setup/unset.
• Collaborate with Richemont security management to enhance security.
