Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels in Honolulu seeks a client-focused boutique assistant to support Sales Associates, handle daily maintenance, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will greet clients, assist Reception, replenish selling floor supplies, help with opening and closing, and contribute to the Service Excellence Ceremony to uphold the brand image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient computer skills; SAP familiarity a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages beneficial for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience and support to Sales Associates.
• Assist with daily boutique maintenance and operations.
• Support Reception and participate in Service Excellence Ceremony.
• Handle replenishment of selling floor supplies and backstock management.
• Assist with opening/closing routines and jewelry setup/pulling.
• Greet clients and maintain a professional boutique image.
• Follow all Management and Corporate protocols for client experience.
