You will build client relationships, use clienteling tools, and work with the team to meet sales goals while representing the Saks brand with professionalism and style.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, a track record of meeting quotas, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or customer-focused environment.
• Proven sales track record and ability to exceed quotas.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team setting with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with Saks Fifth Avenue clienteling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build vendor line sales.
• Maintain a well-merchandised counter and a welcoming selling area.
• Record client information and preferences using clienteling tools.
• Aim to close sales and drive repeat business through personalized service.
• Collaborate with team members and Account Executives to meet goals.
• Demonstrate professional makeup and treatment consultations as needed.
