Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York. You will build client relationships, drive personal and vendor sales, and maintain an appealing counter while closing retail sales.

Training, events, and a brand-focused environment support your growth. Requirements include at least 1 year in retail (cosmetics preferred), strong sales history, and ability to use clienteling tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience, preferably cosmetics, with track record of sales achievement.
• Ability to learn and use Saks clienteling tools and proprietary software.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced team setting with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, positive approach to work.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with others and independently.
• Professional makeup consultation and application skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
