Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service in the cosmetics department, drive personal and vendor sales, and build lasting client relationships. You will work with the team to maintain counter standards and use clienteling tools to grow your business.

The role emphasizes making every customer experience memorable, closing sales, and contributing to a high-performance team in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty.
• Proven sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and use Saks proprietary clienteling tools.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and build relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue Principles.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual and vendor sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and brand expertise.
• Act as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and Account Executive.
• Record and maintain client information and preferences in clienteling system.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming selling area and proper counter standards.
