Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales in a luxury cosmetics environment. You will train with in-house programs, support pre-booked facial events, and maintain an inviting, well-merchandised counter.

Under direction from management, you will leverage Saks clienteling tools to grow your own business, meet daily sales goals, and contribute to a premium shopping experience for every guest who visits

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred in cosmetics or luxury retail.
• Demonstrated sales success and ability to meet quotas.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships.
• Drive individual and vendor line sales and event sales.
• Maintain a properly merchandised counter and close retail sales.
• Use clienteling system to record client information and preferences.
