Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, build relationships, and drive cosmetics sales while upholding Saks standards and brand excellence. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably with cosmetics.
• Proven sales performance and quota attainment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and use Saks clienteling tools and software.
• Attention to detail and initiative in a positive work setting.
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently when needed.
• Strong business judgment and organizational skills.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application.

Responsibilities

• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank.
• Focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals for self and vendors.
• Maintain high level of customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Act as a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and the Account Executive.
• Record and maintain client information using the clienteling tool.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale.
• Keep counter standards clean, tidy, and welcoming.
