Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide outstanding customer service, build relationships, and drive sales at a cosmetics counter. You will use clienteling tools to cultivate repeat business, close sales, and maintain a well-merchandised counter while upholding Saks standards.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, participating in events, and collaborating with team and account executives to grow business and enhance the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably cosmetics or customer focused.
• Proven sales experience with quota attainment.
• Able to learn and use Saks proprietary clienteling tools.
• Strong attention to detail and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals and events.
• Maintain outstanding customer service and build relationships as brand expert.
• Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and Account Executive.
• Record client information and preferences in clienteling system.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience from approach to closing.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and properly merchandised area.
