The role emphasizes in-house training, pre-booked facial consultations, and a strong focus on closing sales while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty.
• Proven sales experience with quota achievement.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build relationships as the brand expert.
• Aim to exceed sales goals for self and vendor lines.
• Maintain high level of customer service and counter standards.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and utilize clienteling tools.
• Close sales and follow up with customers to create repeat business.
• Maintain a properly merchandised counter and present products professionally.
