The Boca Raton Beach Club is seeking a Beach Club Guest Relations Agent to greet and register guests, provide prompt service, and promote hotel amenities with professionalism. The role supports departing guests and helps resolve guest challenges throughout their stay.

The position emphasizes a welcoming, upscale guest experience in a luxury resort setting. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with prior hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management is preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel/resort setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Registers guests by inputting and retrieving information from the computer system, confirms guests and room details.
• Manages guest charges, payments, and currency exchange; ensures accurate statements.
• Greets guests warmly, provides information on hours, VIP programs, events, and hotel services.
• Investigates guest concerns and resolves issues with discretion and professionalism.
