Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a Bungalows Guest Relations Agent to welcome and register guests, and promote hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting with departures, resolving guest challenges, and delivering prompt, professional service throughout the stay in a luxury resort environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and prior experience in luxury hotel settings; hospitality education is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel/resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate.
• Codes electronic keys and ensures the room number and rate are clear to the guest, assists with room location and access.
• Greets guests with a friendly welcome and provides information on outlet hours, VIP programs, events, and hotel amenities.
• Field guest complaints, researching solutions and negotiating results to resolve issues during the stay.

Education
