Job summary

Responsibilities include inputting guest details, handling payments and currency conversions, and resolving guest questions and complaints with discretion. Strong hospitality and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management is preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel/resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information including number of guests and room rate.
• Properly accounts for services provided by the hotel and assists guest with checkout payments or charges.
• Greets guests with a friendly and informative welcome; provides information on hours, VIP programs, events, and resort services.
• Addresses and resolves guest concerns with discretion and timely action during the stay.
