Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a Bungalows Guest Relations Agent to warmly greet and register guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. You will promote hotel amenities and assist guests with any challenges to enhance their stay.

The ideal candidate will have a hospitality mindset, strong communication skills, and prior experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting. This role is based on-site at our Boca Raton resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or hotel management degree preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel/resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, ensuring accurate information and room assignment.
• Assist guests throughout their stay and help resolve guest challenges with courtesy.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to guests and provide information on outlets and events.
• Handle guest check-out payments, process vouchers and various payment methods.
