Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking an outgoing Guest Experience Specialist to manage elevated room and amenity reservations for a luxury resort. You will excel in written and spoken communication, tailor itineraries, and anticipate guest needs with precision.

In this role, you will master resort amenities, coordinate with multiple departments, upsell services, and ensure accurate information across calls, emails, and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in high pace operations or telemarketing inbound sales.
• Experience in luxury environment preferred.
• Proficiency with hotel software and guest management systems.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused mentality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls with a warm greeting and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, hours, and dining concepts.
• Create customized guest itineraries for reservations and services.
• Upsell guestrooms, dining, spa, golf, and activities as appropriate.
• Assist front desk with check-in/check-out and room assignments.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure accurate information across channels.
• Coordinate with multiple programs to book and confirm services.
