Job summary
Randstad USA is seeking an Architectural Representative to drive brand specification among premier architectural firms nationwide. You will act as the technical design consultant and brand advocate during schematic and planning phases, building lasting relationships with design teams to get our products specified early in projects.
In collaboration with the Regional Sales team, you will help move projects through construction documents and support AIA CEU initiatives, industry events, and design
Qualifications
- 5+ years of specification-driven sales in luxury architectural/building products.
- Deep familiarity with residential and commercial workflows and specs.
- Proven history of presenting AIA CEUs to architectural teams.
- Ability to read architectural plans and BIM/CAD specs.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 20–25%.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with top-tier architectural firms to secure early-stage specifications.
- Deliver AIA-accredited CEU presentations and participate in design events.
- Provide technical design consultation during conceptual development.
- Coordinate hand-offs with Regional Sales to close projects.
- Represent the brand at expos and design symposiums nationwide.
