Job summary

Raffles is seeking a Spa Concierge in Boston to warmly welcome guests, deliver personalized service, and promote a tranquil spa environment. You will assist with check-in/out, process payments, and manage reservations to maximize guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in a luxury spa/hotel setting and be proficient with spa reservation systems, ensuring a smooth, upscale experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel or spa front-of-house.
• Computer literate preferably with knowledge of spa reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcome and personalized service to all guests visiting the Spa.
• Perform check in and check out of all spa guests; handle payment transactions for treatment and retail products.
• Handle telephone reservations in line with service standards, using proper telephone etiquette.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction upon departure and ensure a positive experience.
• Provide guest escorts to changing rooms, relaxation area and pool.
• Complete opening and closing duties professionally and accurately.
• Ensure spa reception area is clean and retail displays are replenished.
