Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Receptionist – Spa to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment. You will schedule appointments, greet guests, and process payments while safeguarding the property’s standards and integrity.

The role requires professional communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Prior spa/front desk experience is preferred; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a demanding high-volume luxury Spa/Salon environment or luxury hotel/resort front desk preferred.
• Fluency in English required; second language a plus; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Encore Boston Harbor standards and department policies.
• Provide professional and courteous guest services for spa guests.
• Schedule spa treatments and check-in guests for spa reservations.
• Process payments for services and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, hours, and outlets to assist guests.
