Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a demanding high-volume luxury Spa/Salon environment or luxury hotel/resort front desk experience preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet spa guests and provide professional, courteous service.
• Schedule spa treatments and process payments for services.
• Maintain guest relations and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain spa cleanliness, knowledge of offerings, and proper operation of the front desk.
