Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in the United States to deliver warm, efficient service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will help maintain stock, support merchandising, and ensure a positive brand experience for every customer.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication skills. This is a role focused on teamwork, reliability, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred, luxury retail a plus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized service.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and manage cash wrap according to policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards when appropriate.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels and update visual merchandising on the floor.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer needs.
• Keep the store clean and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
