Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences. The Sales Support Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional service at the cash wrap, maintaining a pristine sales floor, and ensuring smooth product flow from receipt to POS.

You will engage customers, process transactions, and support stock and merchandising tasks. This position requires a friendly, proactive communicator with retail or luxury store exposure, strong English skills, and flexibility to work a retail

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and price sheets.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Process shipments and stockroom organization.
• Promote gift cards and capture customer information.
• Support visual merchandising and floor replenishment.
