Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury retail team in the United States. You will welcome clients, assist with product selections, operate POS, and ensure a well-organized sales floor with accurate receipts and stockroom upkeep.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, replenishing stock, supporting visual merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding Loss Prevention standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash registers, basic computer skills, iPad/Laptop use, and POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and anticipate needs.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer info where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
